Coil heaters silicone 200°C

Coil silicone heaters are the ideal product for a large range of different diameters where other products not make a suitable choice. They are very close related to silicone foil heaters with the specialty of a pre-coiled and flexible outline. These heating elements are appropriate to use in different applications like small pipes with fluid or gas, semiconductor processes, frost protection, anti-condensation and heat loss maintenance.

Coil silicone heaters are made of resistance wire, placed between two silicone layers. Then laminated in high pressure and heat. It is an easy product to install and it is well fitted to suit curved or straight pipes. Standard diameters are available in diameter ø6.35 mm and a length up to 1020 mm and you can mount it up to diameter ø12.7 mm. If this diameter does not suit your needs, we are able to customize the product.

For temperature control, we offer you an integrated sensor together with the IHP PID control cabinets.
