Flexible cartridge heaters 450°C

Flexible cartridge heaters is the combination of the best in tubular heaters and cartridge heaters but flexible enough to use as heater in a mold. The design allows usage in hard working conditions, such as vibrations, movements and high temperatures up to 450°C on the surface of the heater.

Examples of industrial application are: tool heating, solid body heating, casting, melting, curing in plastics industries, pharmaceutical industries, semiconductor industries, metallurgy, petrochemical industries, packing industries, textile industries etc.

Installation can be done without special tools, but once you have formed the heater it will not handle new bends well after the first heating. Fast heat-up times, minimum temperature loose between heater sheath and heated tool, smallest bending radius for the industry, reduce energy costs while reducing tool mass are just some of the advantages that flexible tubular heaters offer.
