Coil heaters 750°C

Coil heaters have a high flexibility and can be freely adapted to, for example, machine nozzles and ducts by spiralizing straight electrical heating profiles and tubes. This heating technique is very common in semiconductor manufacturing and manufacturing of printed circuit boards, in the pharmaceutical industry, plastics industry, casting industry, packaging industry and manufacturing of laboratory equipment.

IHPs coil heaters have a casing of stainless steel or nickel and can deliver a high surface load up to 32W/cm². The heat dissipation can be further increased by casting the coil heater into brass or copper. To give the coil heater extra protection and simplify mounting, we also manufacture housings with tension screws that also act as reflectors.

These electrical heaters can be bought in straight lengths for own adaption and installation.

For precision control of each separate coil heater we can integrate thermocouples type J and K optionally. In the table below we specify the electrical heating profiles and heating tubes that we normally use.
